The best way to reach us is by email at [email protected]. Please write in English or Bangla. Tell us your chessGM username if your message is about your account, and the device and browser or app version if something does not work: you will find the version at the bottom of the About page.

- Questions about how a feature works, such as ratings, Game Review, the voice coach or the opening trainer.
- Bug reports and ideas for new features.
- Account problems, including deleting your account if you cannot sign in (you can also delete it yourself at https://chessgm.net/account/delete).
- Privacy requests: what we store about you and how to remove it.
- Reports of cheating, abuse or a player who breaks the rules.
- Chess teachers, schools and clubs who want to use chessGM's live classroom or tournaments.
- Questions about ads shown on the site or the licences of the parts we use.
