Blumenfeld Countergambit: Spielmann Variation is a chess opening with the ECO code E10, part of the Blumenfeld Countergambit family. It goes 1. d4 Nf6 2. c4 e6 3. Nf3 c5 4. d5 b5 5. Bg5 exd5 6. cxd5 h6. White opens with 1. d4 (the queen's pawn) and Black answers 1... Nf6. After 12 moves it is White to move.
